Welcome to Practice Kart. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Practice Kart

Practice Kart is an educational platform that provides two core services:

• A store for downloadable CBSE-aligned practice worksheets in PDF format
• A directory connecting students and parents with independent tutors and tutor agencies

Practice Kart is a listing and resource platform. We do not provide tutoring services directly, and we do not act as an agent, employer, or intermediary between tutors and students.

2. Worksheet Store

All worksheets sold on Practice Kart are original works created by Ookami Designs and are protected under Indian copyright law. By purchasing a worksheet:

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for educational purposes
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the files with third parties
• You may not upload the files to any other platform or service
• Worksheets are delivered digitally and are stamped with the purchaser’s email address

3. Tutor Directory

The tutor directory lists independent tutors and agencies who have paid for a listing on Practice Kart. By using the directory:

• You acknowledge that Practice Kart does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any listed tutor or agency
• All arrangements, payments, and agreements between you and a tutor are made directly between you and that tutor
• Practice Kart is not responsible for the outcome of any tutoring arrangement
• You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any tutor

4. Tutor Listings

If you register as a tutor or agency on Practice Kart, you agree to the following:

• All information provided in your listing is accurate and truthful
• You hold any qualifications or credentials you claim to hold
• Your listing will not include misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Listings are subject to review and approval before going live
• Practice Kart reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published
• Listings expire after 365 days and must be renewed to remain active

5. User Accounts

Certain features of Practice Kart require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@practicekart.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Practice Kart — including worksheets, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Ookami Designs unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Kart and Ookami Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or disputes arising from tutor-student arrangements.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
