Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on Practice Kart. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

All sales of digital products on Practice Kart are final. We do not offer refunds on worksheet purchases once a download has been made available.

1. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Our worksheets are digital PDF products. Once a purchase is complete and the download link is made available, the product has been delivered in full. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned. This policy is standard practice for digital educational content.

We take several steps to help you make an informed purchase before buying:

Free samples

Every topic has a free sample available so you can check the quality and format before buying.

Clear descriptions

Every product page clearly states the number of worksheets, questions, level, and subject covered.

Level guidance

Beginner (Classes 3–5), Intermediate (Classes 5–7), Advanced (Classes 7–10) — clearly labelled.

2. Exceptions

We will review refund requests only in the following circumstances:

Download failure — if your download link is broken or expired and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
Wrong product delivered — if the file you received does not match what was described on the product page

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@practicekart.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

3. Tutor Listing Fees

Tutor and agency listing fees are non-refundable once your listing has been reviewed, approved, and published on the Practice Kart directory. This applies to both standard and early bird rates.

If your listing application is rejected during the review process, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

Before purchasing, always download the free sample for that topic. It’s there to help you decide.

4. How to Contact Us

Your full name and email address used at checkout
Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all queries within 1–2 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will apply to purchases made after the date of the change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
